LTD MANAGEMENT HIRES NEW DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND NEW BUILDS

CHESAPEAKE, VA-LTD Management, a Chesapeake, VA-based hotel development and management company announced Adrian Donnelly as Director of Construction, New Development. In his new role, Donnelly will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of project managers and field operations staff. Donnelly, previously based in Washington DC as the Senior Construction Manager/Developer for The Buccini/Pollin Group, recently worked on the Sheraton Meadowlands Renovation and the Full Service Hilton Hotel.

Donnelly’s experience includes overseeing multiple brands including Sheraton, Hilton, Embassy Suites, and Homewood Suites. With ten years of experience, he has managed projects for the Discovery Channel and Coca-Cola.

Donnelly received OSHA Training and studied with the US Army Carpentry and Masonry School.
