Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chesapeake Completes Renovation

Chesapeake, VA – May 20, 2008 – The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chesapeake in Chesapeake, VA has completed a full renovation. The transformation of the lobby and public areas was a custom design by LTD’s Construction Division, and the guest rooms were renovated using “Green Tea,” Marriott’s latest designer brand package.

The renovation took six months making the property one of Marriott’s most up-to-date and modern Fairfield Inn & Suites. The Chesapeake hotel’s
lobby, breakfast area, business center, and exercise room all received new carpet, wallpaper, and furniture. All of the hotel’s guestrooms were updated with new bedding, televisions, carpet, draperies, and artwork. Approximately $1.6 million was spent on the renovation.

Located directly off of I-64, the hotel is located in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake, VA. The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a three-story interior corridor hotel with 98 guest rooms and 7 suites.
