SHERATON DULLES SOUTH BREAKS GROUND
The first Starwood Hotel at Dulles South will open in fall 2009

Chesapeake, VA – Yesterday, LTD Management Company L.L.C. (LTD) broke ground on the 243-room Sheraton Dulles South. Located on the corner of Route 50 and Pleasant Valley Connector in Chantilly, VA, the Sheraton Dulles South is slated to open in the fall of 2009. Approximately eight miles from Dulles International Airport, the new hotel will offer a complementary airport shuttle service to travelers.

Ideal for business meetings, weddings and social functions, the Sheraton Dulles will offer 9,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet areas. Additional facilities include a concierge floor and club lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center and sundry shop. Adjacent to the lobby, guests will find an inviting full-service restaurant outfitted with a fireplace, expansive windows and burnished light fixtures.

The exterior design of the Sheraton prototype hotel features urban architecture with a 19th century American park design including a courtyard, cobblestone pavement and black iron fencing. The warmly decorated interior includes mahogany and leather furnishings, suede wall coverings and dramatic lighting. The hotel will showcase a design featuring rich jewel-tone colors and the signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed. Guests will also enjoy the sleek bathroom design, including retro chrome fittings on a freestanding marble vanity, double frosted glass doors at entry and frameless glass shower stalls. The hotel also features Sheraton's signature Club Level rooms.
