NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES JOINS LTD MANAGEMENT

CHESAPEAKE, VA- Martha Fraser has joined LTD Management as Vice President of Sales. Fraser will develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor and analyze sales activity against goals.

Prior to joining LTD, Fraser served for four years as the Regional Director of Sales for Davidson Hotel Company, where she was responsible for nine properties in Missouri, Oregon, Florida and Washington, D.C. – totaling $146 million in portfolio revenue.
