Marriott International’s guest satisfaction award, the Platinum Circle Award,
for exemplary guest service.
Only 3% of Courtyard hotels in the world exceeded Marriott
International’s standards for the Platinum Circle

of twenty-one Courtyard hotels awarded the Platinum Circle Award for
surpassing a 90% score for guest satisfaction. The Courtyard by
Marriott Newport News Airport scored a 91% in guest satisfaction thanks
to its dedication to customer service and guest relations. Open since
September 2009, this was the first year Courtyard by Marriott Newport
News Airport has been eligible to receive the award.
