NEW REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES

CHESAPEAKE, VA- LTD Management, a Chesapeake, VA-based hotel development and management company announces the addition of Edward Denton as Regional Director of Sales. In his new role, Denton will be responsible for the execution of sales strategies for nine of LTD’s properties in the Chesapeake and Norfolk, VA area. This region is expected to expand to 13 LTD managed hotels by 2009 including the new Downtown Norfolk properties.

Prior to joining LTD, Denton was the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Columbia Sussex Corporation’s three Virginia properties where he improved gross revenues by 25 percent in the three years he was with the company. Denton’s diverse experiences in the hospitality field include a dude ranch in Wyoming, upscale extended stay, and full service lodging brands in various geographic markets.

Denton earned his Bachelors of Science from Virginia Tech and will serve on the Board of Directors for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s Chapter of The Virginias during the 2008-2010 term.
