LTD MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES TEJAL DESAI AS MANAGING PARTNER

CHESAPEAKE, VA- LTD Management Company, L.L.C. announced its newest Managing Partner, Tejal Desai. In this role, Desai will oversee all aspects of the company’s four key business drivers – top line sales, associate satisfaction, customer service, and profitable business operation procedures. His main focus will be real estate law transactions including everything from contract formation, to land use issues to zoning.

Desai received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and he earned his MBA and Juris Doctor from Penn State University. His MBA degree focused on managing change initiatives within companies, diagnosing and repairing breakdowns in organizational structures, developing strategies to effectively implement change in evolving organizations, improving team functioning, and enhancing communication.
